Application Setup


In order to complete the application process, you will need a valid email address. Imagine! will send you an application registration email that will have the Application ID and password needed to access your application.

  1. Fill out the full name of the individual being represented for services.
  2. Provide a valid email address that you have access to in the box below.
  3. Imagine! will send you a confirmation email to the provided address with the Application ID and a randomly generated password.
  4. Login to the application with the provided Application ID and password at the Intake Application Login Page.
